1 General Terms of Use
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and teosbet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the teosbet website, mobile platform, applications, and all associated gaming and betting services.
By accessing the teosbet platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the teosbet platform.
teosbet is an online casino and sports betting platform operating in the Bangladesh market. All services are provided in English and are intended for use by adult residents of Bangladesh aged 18 years or older. Our platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfer services.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and teosbet. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise specified.
2 Eligibility & Registration
To register and maintain an account on teosbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. teosbet is strictly an adults-only platform. Persons under 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity). Corporate accounts are not permitted.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a working mobile number registered in Bangladesh .
- You must not already hold an existing teosbet account. Only one account per player is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.
- You must not be self-excluded from teosbet or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that covers this platform.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a proxy for any third party when registering or placing bets.
Registration Process
To create a teosbet account, you will be required to complete the online registration form, providing at minimum your full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and a secure password of your choosing. You must also confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy before the account is activated.
teosbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or thereafter. Standard Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation includes a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and, where required, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile wallet statement dated within the last three months). Accounts may be restricted from withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to teosbet is accurate and kept up to date. If any information you have provided changes — including your email address, mobile number, or payment method details — you must update your account profile promptly or notify the support team. teosbet shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3 Account Obligations
As a registered teosbet player, you accept the following ongoing obligations with respect to your account:
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. teosbet will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from teosbet requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify teosbet support immediately via live chat or by emailing support@teosbet. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account. teosbet shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
Personal Use Only
Your teosbet account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to place bets or access gaming services through your account, nor may you use another person's account to place bets on your behalf. Any activity suggesting account sharing will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
Fund Sources
You warrant that all funds deposited into your teosbet account are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity. Any suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation.
Single Currency
teosbet accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, bonus amounts, and bet settlements are expressed in BDT. Currency conversion is not supported on the platform.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
Accepted Deposit Methods
teosbet accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at teosbet's discretion. The current list of accepted payment methods is always displayed in the cashier section of the platform.
Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit on teosbet is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although teosbet reserves the right to impose individual deposit limits on any account at any time, including as part of responsible gaming measures or anti-fraud procedures. bKash and Nagad deposits are credited to your teosbet balance within 60 seconds of a successful transaction in normal operating conditions.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are available to all verified players with a positive real-money balance. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
- Your account must have completed the KYC verification process before your first withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one business day for fully verified accounts.
- Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically feasible. Withdrawals to a different payment method may require additional verification.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. teosbet does not charge a withdrawal processing fee, though your payment provider may apply its own transfer fees.
- Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
- teosbet reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal if fraud, money laundering, or terms violation is suspected.
Failed Transactions
In the event that a deposit or withdrawal transaction fails due to a technical error, network issue, or payment provider outage, teosbet will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue within 24 hours. Players should contact the support team immediately if a deposit does not credit to their account balance within the expected timeframe.
5 Bonus & Promotions Policy
teosbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this general policy, the specific promotion's terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses issued on teosbet are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for the promotion. If the time period expires before requirements are met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
Eligible Games
Not all games on the teosbet platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific game contribution rates are published in the promotion details for each offer. As a general guide, slots typically contribute 100% of stakes towards wagering requirements, while live casino games, sports betting, and crash games may contribute at a different rate. Players should review game contribution rates before commencing bonus wagering.
Bonus Restrictions
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
- teosbet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or amend its terms at any time prior to the bonus being claimed.
- Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through irregular play patterns, collusion, arbitrage, or any other means will result in the bonus being cancelled and the player's account being reviewed for potential closure.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent unless the wagering requirements have been fully met.
- teosbet reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds from a player's account at any time if it is determined that the bonus was claimed in violation of these Terms.
Seasonal Promotions
teosbet runs seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar, including offers during Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Durga Puja, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March), as well as during major cricket events such as the BPL, IPL, and ICC tournaments. All seasonal promotions are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of launch.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the teosbet platform. Specific rules for individual game categories (sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games) are published in the relevant sections of the platform.
Sports Betting
All sports bets placed on teosbet are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed by the platform, it cannot be cancelled by the player except where a Cash Out option is explicitly made available for that market. Minimum bet stake is ৳50. In-play (live) betting odds fluctuate in real time; the odds at the moment of bet confirmation are final and binding regardless of subsequent market movement.
In the event of a match, event, or tournament being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, teosbet's settlement rules for the affected market will apply. Settlement rules for each major sport and competition type are published in the sports betting section of the platform. Where no specific rule applies, teosbet's trading team will apply its standard settlement procedure and its decision will be final.
Live Casino
Live casino games (including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and other titles powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi) are governed by the rules of the individual game as communicated by the live dealer and displayed on screen. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, the round result will be settled based on the outcome recorded by the game server at the time of disconnection. Player-side connection issues do not entitle the player to a void or refund of the affected bet.
Slot Games
Slot game outcomes on teosbet are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology supplied by the relevant game studios (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are published by the game studio and are available in the game information panel within each slot. Minimum spin value starts from ৳10 on most titles.
Crash Games
Crash games feature a multiplier that increases from 1x until it crashes at a randomly determined point. Players must cash out before the crash to receive the multiplier applied to their stake. Failure to cash out before the crash results in the full stake being lost. Crash game outcomes are provably fair and are governed by the rules published by the relevant game provider (including Spribe).
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the teosbet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and potential forfeiture of account balances, as well as referral to the relevant authorities where appropriate.
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, misrepresenting your age, or using forged or stolen documents during KYC verification.
- Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one teosbet account, whether under your own name or a false identity, for any purpose including duplicate bonus claiming.
- Bonus Abuse: Any systematic attempt to exploit bonus terms, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, coordinated bonus claiming across related accounts, or placing bets specifically to circumvent wagering contribution rates.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to achieve an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing cards, sharing live casino stream information, or coordinating betting strategies in peer-to-peer game formats.
- Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any software that places bets or interacts with the platform without direct human input, unless expressly authorised by teosbet in writing.
- Money Laundering: Using the teosbet platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from criminal activity. teosbet has a strict anti-money laundering (AML) programme and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
- Hacking and Interference: Any attempt to access teosbet systems, databases, or game infrastructure without authorisation, or to interfere with the integrity of the platform's software or game outcomes.
- Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider while retaining balances or winnings derived from the disputed deposit. Chargeback fraud will result in immediate account closure and legal action.
- Underage Access: Allowing or assisting any person under the age of 18 to access or use the teosbet platform, including by sharing account credentials.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
teosbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
- Suspected or confirmed engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
- A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
- An instruction from a relevant authority, law enforcement body, or financial institution.
- Evidence that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an administrative fee of ৳200 per month deducted from the remaining balance after the 12-month period, in accordance with our dormant account policy.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting the teosbet support team via live chat or by emailing support@teosbet. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days, provided KYC verification is complete and no outstanding investigations are pending.
Self-Exclusion
Players who are concerned about their gambling behaviour may request a voluntary self-exclusion period of 6 months, 12 months, 5 years, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the responsible gaming team within 24 hours of submission. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is suspended and no deposits, bets, or account access will be permitted. Effect of Closure
Upon account closure, your licence to access and use the teosbet platform terminates immediately. Any bonus funds, bonus winnings, or free bets remaining in the account at the time of closure due to a Terms breach will be forfeited. Real-money balances in accounts closed due to verified fraud or AML violations may be withheld pending investigation and, where applicable, remitted to the appropriate authorities rather than returned to the player.
